Oil Sands Clay Workshop and Conference
On April 28 and 29, 2015 the first joint COSIA/ Petroleum Technology Alliance Canada (PTAC) Clay Workshop and Conference was held at the University of Alberta. The conference builds upon three previous clay events held by the Canadian Oil Sands Network for Research and Development (CONRAD) over the past five years.

Tailings and Mine Waste 2015
Held in Vancouver, Tailings and Mine Waste 2015 follows in the tradition of the conference series that has been held annually since 2008. The primary purpose of the conference is to provide a forum and meeting place for members of the mining community, engineers and scientists serving the mining industry, regulatory groups and other interest groups concerned with geotechnical, environmental and regulatory issues related to tailings and mine waste management.
